ARIA ENGINE SDK LICENSE AGREEMENT (Free, Proprietary)

SDK: the Unity package and any scripts, headers, binaries, configuration files, and media distributed with this download.
Service: Provider’s hosted APIs and website services available via https://www.ariaaiengine.com (and subdomains).
Authorised Application: your application or game that integrates the SDK solely to access the Service.

1. Licence grant

Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide licence to:

1. install and use the SDK to develop an Authorised Application; and
2. copy and distribute the runtime components of the SDK in object/binary form only, embedded within your Authorised Application, to your end-users.

Commercial use of the Authorised Application is permitted.

2. Restrictions

You shall not:

• redistribute, publish, mirror, or make the SDK available as a standalone developer toolkit, template, or source package;
• use or modify the SDK to connect to any API or service other than the Provider’s Service, or to route/bridge requests to third-party services, or to disguise requests to non-Aria endpoints;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the SDK except to the extent permitted by applicable law;
• remove or alter proprietary notices, watermarks, or trademarks;
• sublicense, rent, sell, loan, or white-label the SDK; or
• share credentials, circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls.

3. Service terms & privacy

Use of the Service is governed by Provider’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy:

If this Licence conflicts with the Service terms in relation to Service usage, the Service terms prevail.

4. Ownership

The SDK is licensed, not sold. Provider retains all rights, title, and interest in the SDK and the Service. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the SDK/Service without obligation.

5. Updates; changes

Provider may update or discontinue the SDK at any time. New versions may be subject to updated terms upon notice (including via the Website).

6. Third-party components

The SDK may include third-party software (e.g., open-source libraries) subject to their own licences identified in a NOTICE file. Those terms govern those components.

7. Warranties & liability

The SDK is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provider disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Provider’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to the SDK shall not exceed GBP £100.

8. Compliance & export

You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws (including UK GDPR/GDPR, export and sanctions rules). You must not use the SDK/Service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes.

9. Term & termination

This Licence continues until terminated. Provider may suspend or terminate this Licence immediately if you breach it. Upon termination, you must cease using the SDK and remove it from your projects, except that copies already distributed in your Authorised Application may continue to be used by your end-users.

10. Governing law; venue

This Licence is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales (sitting in London) have exclusive jurisdiction.
